Hi,
I'm Christian.
I don’t see therapy as fixing or patching you up, because you’re not broken. For me, it’s about creating space for all that you’re carrying: the feelings, the questions, the struggles, and the parts of you that are still finding their voice.
Life can feel messy. Heavy at times. Hard to make sense of. Whether you’re living with anxiety, grief, change, or just that sense of being stuck, I’m here to sit with you in it with honesty, kindness, and patience.
We’ll meet weekly or fortnightly, in person or online, and take things at your pace. The work isn’t about rushing to solutions, but about finding meaning, connection, and a way of living that feels more like your own.

How we can work together.

If you’re looking for clarity that feels steady, confidence that’s rooted rather than forced, and growth that genuinely lasts, in your work or in your life, this is a space for that.
Therapeutic coaching that meets you where you are, helps you understand what’s been holding you back, and supports you in creating change that feels meaningful, sustainable, and truly yours. | £55 | 50mins | Face to face or online
For schools, colleges, universities, and other educational settings wanting to become more trauma-informed. Together, we’ll create a thoughtful audit and action plan to help your organisation move in the right direction, building safer, more compassionate spaces for both staff and students to grow and thrive. | £POA
For teams and organisations who want to create a healthier, more human work culture. Together we’ll look at what’s working, what’s not, and where your people might be struggling beneath the surface. You’ll walk away with clear insights and practical steps to support wellbeing in a way that actually lasts. | £POA
Being human is messy. The goal isn’t to tidy it all up, but to understand it, make room for it, and find a way of living that feels steady and meaningful.
